Nutt & Bolton is Andrew's latest N Gauge creation. It is a fictional industrial shunting layout , set roughly in the period late 70s-early 80s. The layout took about six months to build, and at 3 x 1 is rather compact and portable. The main player is Nutt & Bolton, a small engineering company, who rely mainly on rail transport for the import of raw materials/the dispatch of finished products. A small warehouse, goods yard and diesel stabling/fuelling point help add to operational interest. Track work is Peco Streamline, while buildings and other scenic fittings/structures are a mixture of scratch built/ready-made/ kit-built items.
